75% of our patient population are aged 18-65. No pediatric well visits. Full spectrum health services available. Acute and chronic care.

Full time commitment is desired and flexible scheduling is permitted.

Part time is considered.

Educational Requirement: Master or Doctorate level as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Certification/License Requirement: Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Experience: Two years experience preferred, but new graduates are considered on a case by case basis. New graduates who have rotated through our office will be granted preferential consideration.

Desirable skills and experience (though not required): Fluent in Spanish, experience/certification in women's health procedures (IUD placement, colposcopy, etc.), experience in managing mental health, urgent care/emergent care experience

Desirable traits: High EQ! Empathetic, energetic, compassionate, dedicated, high EQ, sense of humor. Must work well as an individual and as a team player. Ability to lead others if needed and accept those providing leadership.
